We would like to draw your attention to several reports of fraud circulating within the trade fair sector.
As the sole organiser of Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza, Riva del Garda Fierecongressi S.p.A. does not authorise or commission any external agency to:
- Propose or receive advertising on behalf of the event;
- Use the name, logo or data of exhibitors for commercial or marketing purposes.
- Send forms or requests for contract subscriptions (including during direct visits to stands at the event).
IMPORTANT:
- All our official communications feature the event logo and edition number.
- If you receive any unsolicited emails, forms or proposals relating to the fair, we recommend that you do not respond, click on any links or open any attachments, as these may be fraudulent.
- Our staff are not authorised to ask you to sign any advertising or service provision contracts while visiting your stand during the exhibition.
Riva del Garda Fierecongressi S.p.A. is not involved in these fraudulent activities.
