Spazio Vignaiolo: wine tourism in the spotlight at Hospitality 2025

Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th February 2025, at the same time as the first three days of Hospitality - Il Salone dell'Accoglienza, Hall B4 will host Spazio Vignaiolo, a special area dedicated to wine tourism and experiential hospitality and a reference point for Ho.Re.Ca. operators looking for Trentino products or labels from all over Italy.

Organised by the Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino, this collective brings together no less than 80 wineries, mainly from Trentino but also with representatives from Valpolicella, Marche and other Italian regions.

All the wineries are members of FIVI - Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti (Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers), guaranteeing an authentic experience and a deep connection with the territory.

Tastings and insights in the Wine Arena

In addition to the tasting counters, Spazio Vignaiolo hosts the Wine Arena, an area dedicated to training and in-depth analysis with a rich programme of meetings and appointments designed to combine educational opportunities, tastings and meeting situations between sector operators and the world of artisan winemakers.

The Independent Winegrower: guardian of the land and storyteller of traditions

Who is the Independent Winegrower? He is someone who personally follows the entire wine production chain, from the harvest to the sale, taking root in the territory and becoming its guardian and narrator.

In Italy, wine is culture, landscape and conviviality. Winemakers offer authentic experiences in the cellar, opening the doors of their homes and sharing the work of generations. An added value that can be found in their wines, the fruit of months or years of passion and dedication.
