Dimensione Gusto: The flavours of Garda Trentino
A special area has been created on the second floor of Pavilion B4 at the exhibition centre to welcome, intrigue and inspire visitors. As part of the Hospitality section, Dimensione Gusto joins RPM – Riva Pianeta Mixology, Solobirra and Spazio Vignaiolo in broadening the focus on local food and wine and its infinite possibilities for expression.
The protagonist here is the territory, presented through a community of producers who share raw materials, knowledge and visions. Tastings, demonstrations and moments of dialogue provide an opportunity to experience the excellence of Garda Trentino first-hand, discover its soul and learn how to present it in a contemporary, coherent and distinctive way.
