The sector changes and Expo Riva Hotel, scheduled until Wednesday, February 6th at the Exhibition Center of Riva del Garda, responds with an unparalleled offer of training events.
Hall B4 and the Expo Riva Hotel Academy project –skilfully translated into the Hotel Management events, Solobirra and RPM - Riva Pianeta Mixology – are the backdrop to what the President of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi Roberto Pellegrini during the opening talk of the Fair defined an intangible asset of incalculable value.
The series of 13 seminars proposed within Hotel Management was highly appreciated today. A large group of operators in the sector – figures show almost twice as many participants as in 2018 - could gather ideas, inspirations and technical knowledge on cycle tourism, revenue management, brand reputation, hotel 4.0 and social media. "The growing success of this event witnesses to the increasing interest of entrepreneurs in training, not only for their staff but also for themselves" - said President Pellegrini - "Expo Riva Hotel is now an established benchmark for the HO.RE.CA world at the national level, that is why, together with the Teamwork consultancy company, we shall continue to bring the sector know-how around Italy even after the end of the event ".
The area destined to Solobirra has also been significantly attended. Choosing to focus on the craft beer sector, riding the wave of a constantly evolving trend, has proved successful even in 2019. There were 253 beers competing for the Solobirra 2019 competition, 166 labels registered for the Best Label contest and 37 exhibitors. All this was coupled with a thick program of tastings and training events that will also boast the prestigious presence of two pioneers such as Teo Musso and Agostino Arioli.
Even for this edition the RPM - Riva Pianeta Mixology area proved vibrant and engaging as ever. 36 producers of mixology equipment and products created the ideal framework for Flavio Angiolillo and Leonardo Veronesi’s masterclasses. Thanks to their suggestions, the background and secrets behind a brand new mixed drinking were unveiled. The bartenders have inaugurated a series of events that in the coming days will feature other gurus such as Gianni Zottola, Samuele Ambrosi and Claudio Peri.
