Hospitality - Il Salone dell'Accoglienza, the most comprehensive Italian exhibition in the ho.re.ca. industry, announces the dates of its 45th edition, to be held from 1st to 4th February 2021.
The fair, dedicated to the community of hospitality and catering professionals, for the next edition has brought its dates forward - from Monday to Thursday of the first week of February – for a better response to the needs of business-oriented exhibitors and visitors.
"We opted for this change to facilitate the meeting between professionals - says Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi - The 44th edition registered a considerable increase in the number of owners of companies in the hospitality sector and entrepreneurs from the ho.re.ca. world who represented 54% of the total number of visiting operators, about 15% more than in 2019. The hospitality sector has been hit hard by the coronavirus emergency and needs all the tools to innovate and overcome the crisis. That's why we are convinced that the four days of the event are aimed at creating more opportunities to meet and exchange ideas in order to grow your business".
With 28,575 visitors, 561 exhibitors (+6% compared to 2019) and 171 new brands, in 2020 Hospitality confirmed its role as a representative event for the entire hospitality industry with a 360° offer and the growing presence of parent companies. A hub of trends for players in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, combining innovation, training and made in Italy and consolidating the strategic role of the Riva del Garda exhibition centre as a business platform for the national tourism system.

Organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, Hospitality, formerly known as Expo Riva Hotel, boasts an exhibition area of over 40,000 square meters. In the 2020 edition, the Fair registered record-high numbers: 561 exhibitors, 21,431 professional operators and more than 28,500 visitors.
